Major Interventions: - Seed Village Programme: 50% subsidy on foundation/certified seeds to groups of 50–150 farmers per village to multiply disease-resistant seeds locally. - Seed Processing Units: 50% assistance up to ₹25 Lakhs for establishing village-level grading, treating, and packaging units. - Seed Testing Laboratories: Full funding for establishing accredited state seed quality control labs.
